Prize Drawing – Official Terms and Conditions
Prize Drawing Theme: “Share Why You Love Banking with Cornhusker Bank”
No purchase, account relationship, or banking transaction is necessary to enter or win.By submitting an entry, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility The Prize Drawing is open to individuals who are at least age of majority at the time of entry and reside in the United States. Participation is not limited to Cornhusker Bank customers. Cornhusker Bank employees and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
Entries may be submitted online beginning Wednesday, August 5 at 10:00 a.m. and in branch beginning Monday, August 24, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., and ending Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Entries may be submitted online or at any Cornhusker Bank branch during the entry period.
3. Entry Method and Limits
Participants may submit entries through the online entry form or by completing a paper entry form at any Cornhusker Bank branch location. Multiple entries per participant are allowed. Cornhusker Bank reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with, abusing, or attempting to manipulate any aspect of this Prize Drawing, as determined solely by Cornhusker Bank.
4. Drawing Process All eligible online and in-branch entries will be combined into one drawing pool. Three winners will be randomly drawn on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
5. Winner Selection and Prize Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Each selected winner will receive the prize identified in the promotional materials associated with the Prize Drawing. Participants need not be present to win. Participants are eligible to win one time only during the contest.
6. Winner Notification and Announcement Winners will be contacted Tuesday, September 1, 2026 using the contact information provided on their entry form. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Cornhusker Bank may announce winners through its website, social media channels, or other marketing materials.
7. Additional Terms
Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses not specifically identified as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Conditions Entries must respond to the prompt: “Why do you love banking with Cornhusker Bank?” By entering, participants acknowledge and accept these Official Terms and Conditions and confirm their eligibility to participate in the Prize Drawing.
